With a little luck and some hard work, we are hopeful of 125- 150 people attending.  With site rental, food, beverages and t-shirts (maybe) we anticipate a budget of over $7,500.

Please don't feel obligated to contribute.  Most important is that we get as many people to attend as possible.  But if you can contribute to defray some of the costs, it is greatly appreciated.
